Yes...but aren't they trying to avoid what happened to urban dictionary? Believe it or not, people are dumb enough to put random stuff, spam things, and ruin it for everyone...So, insted of having a more user-dependent system, wiki decided to 'censor', remove, the articles that they feel aren't noteworhthy. Besides, it's their site...you don't pay to keep it up, why should they care what you, or I, think?
Well if it is indeed an encyclopedia "for the people, by the people" then they probably SHOULD care what we think. We are the people after all. But more than that, as I've said before, I am concerned with how they speak to the people who's entries they delete. Perhaps it would be better to have some compassion towards folks who are merely trying to make the world a better place with what they do. If I was a younger artist, I would be quite devastated when people who seem to have a lot of authority on Wikipedia told me I was "non-notable" or I "fail" and that is why I'm fighting. To try and get them to change their ways a bit. I think Wikipedia is a great idea, now it just needs to improve. =)

Nothing really new....
Well, you reallly need to work on smoothing out the FBF a lil', learn to use onion skins, and frame rate of 30 (very smooth), or frame rate of 24. Try and do something better then lines. The sound was good, but like I said, nothing too new...Keep at it, you'll get a lot better ^_^.

All I rally have to say, goes out to everyone who is saying, "Was there supposed to be no sound?" If you can read, then you'd know that the author already explained this, "there is no sound, please don't complain. the piece was to be graded on visuals. i only had two weeks to complete it and sound just wasn't important enough for the final." If you don't read the authors comments, then maby you should start to, because you'll miss out, and be called an idiot by the people who are spying on you *gasp*!

But here's a few things...
Characters, their horrible...
Weapons...Awesome
Sound...great
And one huge tip, when you're doing the bullet time effect, thinggy, don't start the bullet time, almost as soon as the gun fires, do it when the bullet is about 1/3 of the way there, then slow it down a little, 2/3 of the way there, super slow, start heart beat, and when it's almost there, full speed and make a lot of after effects (rubble fly, people rapidly fly off to the side, blood, whatever).
